Why has not underwater Holly Madisons appear in Playboy pictorial? In the most recent episode of The Girls Next Door, Holly, Bridget and Kendra shot pictograms that appear in the next playboy. Well, when I got mine, I see that Bridget and Kendra both have the same pictograms in the episode, but Hollys is completely different. Does anyone know the story about this?
